As you grow older you realize things you never realized as a little kid.
You learn that things change
And that you need to let go.
You learn that inevitably, bad things will happen.
But so will good things.
You learn that sometimes it's better said than done
Or that it's better done than said.
You also learn that your parents are idiots, even if you once thought they were smarter than even your teachers. They ARE your teachers as a child.
But you also learn that you have no choice but to love them even if they are total idiots.
You learn to love
And to hate...
You learn that people are greedy
And vain
And lustful
And at times rather annoying.
But people also have some good in them, and it's good to take the time to learn about it.
You learn that appearance matters, especially in the city
But you learn that it's so stupid how you're judged first and foremost on appearance rather than who you REALLY are.
You learn that you made some MAJOR mistakes. (*cough* like voting for Bush.)
But with that you learn from those mistakes, and we pray you never make them again.
You learn to trust..
But also not to trust.
You learn that one person may be more important to you than life itself
And some people learn that that person is themself.
You learn that your heart may be broken once, or twice, more than that, or never...
And sometimes you learn that it can be mended almost as easily as it was broken.
But no one can replace that person or thing you lost.
You lose your heart to some things
You lose your soul to some things
And other things give you life,
soul,
and passion.
You learn just to live...
That's what I've learned.

I learned that it does you no good to hide from the world...it always comes back to haunt you anyways...
Its better to face it and make a few friends along the way.
Not every person is bad.....because some are the sweetest things you'll ever meet.
No matter what you think theres always someone for you...never doubt fate.
Never commit suicide or try to...theres always someone you'll leave behind that loved you, weither you know them at the time or not.
Never doubt your abilities in whatever you're good at...cause the people that love you will always think you're wonderful at what you do.
All you need to survive in life is love....weither its from a girlfriend, a friend, or parents.
Your loved ones will always love you...no matter what stupid mistakes you make.
Its whats on the inside that counts....no matter what society tells you, love someone for who they are not what they look like.
Theres always gonna be mean people...its best to ignore them because they are wrong.
Its okay to be different.....people want to meet the real you.
And lastly..
Live life the way you want to...don't ever let anything get in your way from you being happy.

Since going to college, I learned that your always going to miss home. That it's hard to be away from the things that are fimilar to you but sometimes it's better to get away from that and find new things. That it's hard to go out and meet new people because your scared of what they might think but screw what they think. If they can't like you for how you are and who you are then they can't be a true friend. &--that thought actully came from our inu-boy Bryce-kun but I thought I throw it in here. ^-^ Anyways, that even thought I came from a superfical place that all it really cares about is money that it's still home and will always have a place in your heart rather it be good or bad. That you can make friends very easily if you give them a smile and ask them questions about them rather then tell them about yourself. So that concludes my thoughts and I hope they can help someone in some way. ^-^
