Looking upon you, with your eyes the colour of blood, I see now that you were never really with me. That laugh, that smile you gave me, the way you kissed me…I see now that it was just a long dream that I was just waiting to wake up from. Because you are not here…you never were, I see that now. However, I can still feel where you last touched me on my face. Such a warm feeling it was. You would hold me against you so gently, and pray that the moment of us together would never cease. Ah, your face was so much more happier then. It is filled with hatred now, for some strange reason. You are not as happy as you used to be and you do not look like the one that I admired from afar. Who are you? What are you? And will I ever see that being again? The one with the eyes of green and the face of life?…That is a stupid question though, is it not? I guess that, by you being in love it comes with a price. That one you think you love so much turns out to be nothing. Something that’s just a memory in your mind that slowly passes away within time. You though, there is something about you. You are like that person, yet in many ways you are also different. Can it be that you are the one that I should be seeking? You, the person that took the one that I love away from me? Are you the one that I once loved though? You are so much like them…I just wish to be with them once more. Alone with them, in their arms. I want to feel the warm touch they once gave to me. So is that person really here? Or is that person, like I said, a memory now?…….A phantom you say? Nothing , but a phantom? I see, so that means…I must go now, for I know what I must do. The one that I came to love is out there still. Even if you say that they are not here, I believe in my heart that they are still with me. So I will search for that one, but…I feel…like I have already found them now…so, why?….
