Darkness filtered her eyes as she opened them. A silence stirred in between her thoughts as she tried to make sense of the situation. Lifting herself up she felt the blankets and the warmth of her bed. Im back home . . . Carefully adjusting her eyes to the little bit of light that escaped her curtains she got up and made her way to turn on the light. She hated this feeling of wandering in the dark, never knowing what you could bump into. Flickering the lights on, her eyes were blinded and she kept them squinted. Ugh.. She walked back to the bed and sat down. Rubbing her eyes she let out a little yawn and sat in a daze til her eyes wandered to the alarm clock. 5 am, o god. She let herself fall back into the comfort of her bed, the bed she hadn't slept in for about 2 years. Tiredness had totally seeped out of her and there was no way she was going to fall back to sleep. Lately she'd been waking up earlier and earlier from all the stress that had been floating around. Especially now that it was her first night home and everything felt so strange to her. Nothing could explain what she felt now, it was too confusing and all that she had went through seemed like a thought she randomly had.
