Journal Writing

I like writing about things that happens in my life when it really is very special to me and it keeps me reflected on my past experiences. I wrote an autobiography just for people to get to know about me. I know most of my highlighted experiences in my life is way too unbelievable for anyone to believe it. But since I like to express myself anyway, I wrote my life story as a book.

Writing in Journals is a good way to express yourself and recall all those moments in your life that truly have an impact on you. You don't need to write what happens in your life daily, just the important highlights and events that have an impact on you either it is about you or the people who inspired you and your role models but still the focus should be more on yourself.

I like writing about my interests and share it with people of common interests in that we can exchange ideas and news about certain topics. Knowledge exchange is good, you don't limit yourself to what you only know and be updated on current events. Going back to Journal writing, it is not only a way to express yourself but you can get tons of readers who will sometimes get them related to what they experience too.

A ''Private Journal'' is something you keep only to yourself and don't let others read it. it is for you to read about yourself and observe changes in your life while a ''Public journal'' is something you have to write to share your life events to readers. Just be careful not to share any private or sensitive information to public journals or else some people will take advantage of you using what they found out about you. They may stalk you or bully you online and that would be the worst that could happen.

Just keep in mind to keep expressing yourself in any way safe and in multiple ways to as much as you could. Even an introvert like me, likes to express myself in anyway possible so I will not become a loner.
