So it's the end of junior year, almost, with only 15 days of countdown till summer. 4laugh
Wait, I think to myself. This summer isn't going to be three months of do-whatever-the-hell-you-wanna-do-'cause-no-school.
I cringe at the thought of dealing with those feisty little children at the Rec Center, where I'd volunteered my time throughout the past two summers, and, although I do feel as if I am forming a meaningful bond with the Sunshine Gang Kids, takes its toll-- as in being sore everywhere because I'm always moving, being moved, or coerced into playing their exhausting games, taking kids to the bathroom again and again, chasing them across the big-a** playground and park area, being sat on by possessive kids for hours at a time through long-a** movies and feeling like I'm doing the splits because the little people do not weigh as little as they seem to weigh when they plop themselves onto my poor thighs.

So I really don't want to do this again.

But as much as I'd like to chill with a Veinti Iced Green Tea with Sweetener in hand every day, I do have to find some sort of volunteer work, internship, or part-time job of some kind. And I'm not a very qualified person for any jobs that come to mind...

I don't like to talk to people... I can't do mental math for my life... I can speak decent Spanish and understand Cantonese pretty well... I can play the piano, but I can't teach piano for my life. Oh yeah, did I mention my incompetence in all things math-related? Because I really hate math.
Anyways, if I were given an office job, I would have probably done goofed when my employers find that their entire filing system has been ripped to shreds... of paper.
