i dont know what to do

i feel like my life is spiraling out of control more than usual and i cant stop

i went to the health service at my university on thursday after i asked my friend for help because i basically had a huge mental breakdown. but apparently they have a 4 week waiting time for new appointments with a counselor and i dont know if i can last that long

im wondering if i can find any other free (or even just low cost) services in the city. we tried one but i need a referral for that and im getting really stressed because it should be so straightforward but its not and uGH
