We all grab our weapons, preparing for the lobby. We have to run straight through to the garage and hope that we can find a car to get us out of here.
We all take aim at the elevator door, and it opens. Zombies flood the lobby, around all of the slot machines and poker tables. Out of everything, we run into a casino.....
We follow in the same order as last time. No shots are fired until Chris shoots at one that was running toward us. Then, it's like a call of the wild. All of the zombies turn, running at us. I shoot the ones closest to us first. We continue this cycle until we reach the door to the garage. Chris opens it and waits for us to come through. Once I'm on the other side, he closes it. Now, Piers takes the lead. He knows how to hot wire a car. All of us look for a car, as we continue to shoot zombies. Nothing seems like it'll hold charging through this crowd. Claire yells and points to her left. Looking over, a truck is there. It's raised high, black, and looks like it can take a lot. We all change our direction and run to the truck. Piers opens the driver's door and starts working while the rest of us cover him. Chris opens the back door,"Claire, your the first in the back when Piers is done! Piers, slide through when your done! Leon, you a good driver!?"
We have to yell over the bullets from our guns,"Um, sure!"
Claire,"He is, at least he was in Raccoon!"
"I didn't even drive with you when we were there!"
She sighs,"I saw you when you drove up to me!"
Chris yells,"You drive then!"
Piers,"I'm done!"
He climbs to the passangers seat and Claire gets behind him. Chris and I get in, closing the door. I put my foot on the petal once all of the doors are closed. I have a history of crashing cars....not the best choice.....I'll do what I can to not flip this one.
As we get out of the parking garage, the hoard of zombies has only grown. I run over them, trying to avoid all that I can. Being raised high helps, not having to worry about zombies trying to get throught the windows.
