The chainsaw falls to the ground. Looking at the others, it seems that 3 other chainsaws had to be delt with. They all lay dead now. I grab my handgun and put it in it's holster. Looking around, I attempt to find a weapon, and I'm not the only one. All of us are, except for Jake and Chris who are plowing through the zombies.
"Piers, you think you can pick up one of the chainsaws."
He looks at me, then at a chainsaw,"Yes, sir."
We each pick one up. He takes an alley and uses the chainsaw to take out the zombies. Ada, Claire, and Sherry have stuck together, making a triangle and punching and kicking zombies. I walk over to them with the chainsaw,"Stay behind me and take a break."
They listen because of how tired they are, having little food and water and having to deal with this. I take out the ones who approach us with ease. The hoard thins until the last one is killed by Jake. I drop the chainsaw, as does Piers. This has taken a toll on all of us. We all agree to search the houses to see what we can find. Splitting into teams, I go with Ada. Chris, Piers, and Claire stay together and Jake and Sherry stick together. There being 4 houses and 2 sheds, we take the sheds. The others take the houses.
