I know for sure that I'm getting a tat on my 21st birthday. I've just got to pick one design though. Here are some of my thoughts:
- a kitty cat
- kanji for "Yuugen"
- kanji for "Heart of a kitten - Koneko no kokoro"
- a peach
- libra scales
- a pawprint
I also need to consider:
- WHERE on my body
- Color, Blk, or white?
- size?
Any thoughts or suggestions would be helpful~
The importance of each idea:
- cat, paw print, or "koneko no kokoro" kanji
My personality quite resembles that of a cat. I believe that I was either a cat in my past life, I have the spirit of a cat, or simply that I psychologically picked up on cattish habits from spending so much of my early life with my pets.
- peach
this tattoo would go on my butt. Long story short, it's for my mom. I want to continue a tradition. And peaches are my favorite fruit.

I've actually experienced this. I find it fits well with me and it would make a great "simple" kanji tattoo.
