Okay, so I got a Facebook friend request today from the girl who used to be my best friend...like A Long time ago. Like in grade school (I'm college bound now).
We stopped talking after she got held back in 7th grade, then she went to military school and we cut ties completely. We haven't hardly said two words to each other since then and now she's trying to get in touch with me again.
Now she's pregnant and in the army, both of witch I disapprove greatly, so I really don't want anything to do with her. I ignored her request, but saw that she Subscribed to my Facebook instead. Ugh...I don't see why people cling to relationships that are obviously dead.
When I end a relationship or someone ends a relationship with me, that person pretty much ceases to exist in my world because I cut ties with them for a Reason. Being in touch with them after that is just awkward and painful. talk2hand
Just leave me be and we can both get on with our lives.
