Bio: Messenger bought him from a Black Market lister; he wasn't the only thing bought as there were six other Cyborg's, a few rare Beasts, a lot of Computers, weapons, two Devil's, a Angel and twin Elves. Tech wanted to become part of the Night Patrol as he was linked with all the Computers bought and sold by the lister. Messenger uses this to their advantage as many of the other Computers are now in high profile Companies.
