find recipes (to use when I'm happy)
Watch anime
Read the newspaper
Think about how beautiful outer space is
Paint my sadness
Drink coffee
Sleep on a pile of blankets
Ask someone to hold me
Cry
Be okay at one point
Visit the library
Pick flowers
Remember that there are always cupcakes
