I stand alone in this city, watching people pass.. Living life as if it were worth it.. Going to work and going home in an endless cycle through time, until He comes and takes them off.. I stand alone, watching this all.. I wait for someone to bring my happiness, I try to blind myself to the truth.. All these lies coming to me, breaking my heart.. My heart turns black, and my blood goes cold, and as He descends upon me.. I wait in silence, to wait until the day He takes me to a better place..
