* I'm a little bummed the mystery in vol. 3 Walking Dead was so easy to solve. I'm still enjoying them though.
* So I saw the actor plays Walter on Fringe talking out of character, and there is nothing wrong with his voice. he sounds perfectly normal, which means that weird annoying delivery is definitely deliberate. (I've always suspected he's trying for a cut rate Vincent Price effect and failing.) I want to like Fringe and I have periodically watched runs of episodes, but they keep moving it opposite supernatural and the last move was mid-season without warning so I missed a whole bunch of episodes I couldn't catch on hulu as I discovered where the show went way too late. It's quite clear to me this is a watch in order sort of show. The library has the first two seasons, so I'm going to try back filling to see if it helps. I really do want to like it. Diverse cast, with a lesbian of colour playing a cool character, the only out lesbian of colour I know of acting on a major network in prime time. Ensemble design, which I'm generally attracted to. Complex plot arcs, actually going somewhere unlike x-files, a few attractive guys to look at. I really do want to like it, but it's been frustrating always playing catch up. There's also Walter's annoying verbal delivery, and even though i should like Olivia, something about her makes me itch, only I can't put my finger on it.
