I love korean music!!
and i do mean LOVE!! I'm hooked on the stuff like a baby to a booby!! It's the beef in my burrito!!
And I like the good stuff too!
None of that lame-o ear-screetching genericness. OH HELL NAH!
When I went to school with my addiction, society shut me down!
They called it lame!
They said it was wierd!
They gave me funky looks and pretty much insulted the thing I love!
It hurt man. . . it really hurt. . .
So I gave up trying to show people the light. If they didn't like it then so what? More for me!
Well this past week my friend showed me TaeYang. I thought he was ok, but he wasn't really my cup of tea~~
Well she showed her brother, who showed a couple of his friends. . . .
one of his friends happened to be this girl who I really don't like. . .
There are many reasons for this distain....
She is one of those girls who try to act a certain way to be popular. she goes around saying "Kawaii!!" and "Ohayo!" in a fakely cute accent. She dresses like a 6 year old schoolgirl! And pretty much makes us Otakus all look like Asian Wana-be's! And what really sucks is she's popular!
Weeeeeeeeeell, she heard TaeYang
And became obsessed!!! Now my whole school is falling for this whole Korean music thing!!
And I freakin' Hate it!
Now I look like a dime a dozen.
I've liked korean music for YEARS, but this girl comes along, and just because she's pretty, people like what she gives them!
Not cool. . . .
So now my sister, who I have on more than one occasion tried to show the amazingness of Korean music to and who has repeatedly shot me down, is burning CDs all filled with TaeYang and equally generic K-pop. All because that one chick showed her.
That hurts 10x's worse man. . . .
So now I won't ever like TaeYang.
Yes, it probably sounds like a petty reason not to like him but I can't help it.
My territory has been invaded, all I can do now is run for cover.
Oh, the injustice. . . .
