Today I awoke this morning to create an early Thanksgiving Day dinner for my husband, Nick, since he won't be joining my family and I on Thursday. Most people would just throw the turkey in the oven with some butter or rosemary rubbed on the skin, but I decided to go the way opposite what I was taught.
