The Maxwell House Part 15 Sanity
(Diana)
The Forbidden is the first of the second branches of the Maxwells. This branch of the family may be the most mysterious. Most outsiders of the branch know very little of it and the happenings within. Rumors about extremely powerful vampires living within the Forbidden family house surround the branch. The head of the branch is the blood thirsty Diana. Diana is an extremely powerful vampire. She is extremely fast, very strong, and nearly completely insane. Many Maxwells are surprised how discrete Diana can keep the Forbidden.
"Why do roses have thorns? To protect their beauty? Perhaps they have thorns because they are to vain to share their beauty." Diana sighed contemplating her rose dilemma out in rose gardens. she plucked a black rose from a near by bush.
The rose pricked her finger. Diana watched a drop of her blood fall and land on another rose. She starred at it, contemplating. Diana did this a lot, think about whatever dark thought that just so happened to cross her mind. She would dissect the thought, turning it into question after question.
After nearly a century and a half Diana's thought process began to make her mind fray. The dark world surrounding her and the infinite questions lying within it made her mind weak. Most of the Forbidden think she is completely insane.
Diana is Kara's cousin and like Kara Diana has a twisted sense of humor. She finds death amusing, life a waste of time, and blood to be most fascinating. Diana has enjoyed killing many families. Young children were her favorite. Unlike Kara, Diana had no one like Daniel, no one to hold her back, no adviser, no friend, no siblings. She was free to do whatever it was she wanted, and powerful enough to get away with it.
One question, the one many Maxwells believe was the question that finally drove Diana to insanity popped into her head once more. Diana stood up and started laughing. she wondered out of the garden and into the forest.
Diana sighed and looked around. "Why do we bleed?"
