A Brief History...
xxxViolet grew up in the city with both of her parents as a young child. They lived in a large, expensive apartment and were well taken care of by her deceased grandfather's inheritance money. In that city her family owned a small flower and gift shop that would supply the dull, dark, polluted place with some of natures beauty. It didn't make much profit, but it was her parents dream and passion.
xxxWhen Violet was about to turn five years of age her mother became very ill, and was bedridden with Marburg, a disease which has no cure. Her mother was isolated at the hospital as she slowly went through all the stages of her disease and finally passed on. Doctors could not find a reason why she could have caught the disease, but they suspected she caught it somewhere on the street. The majority of the inheritance money was being used on hospital bills, and was gradually running out. Her father sold their apartment and burned all of his wife's belongings to protect him and his daughter from suffering the same fate. From then on, they lived in the back room of their flower shop.
xxxAs Violet got older, she started to become more shy and less out going. Her father was always looking for money and did odd jobs to help them get by while she worked at the shop. After her mother died, nothing was the same. Everything was rushed, and the simple things started to loose their value. Holidays, birthdays, and special occasions were never celebrated. Family time was unheard of. And emotions were bottled up. Violet was getting older. Soon enough the city lost it glam to her. It was just a dark, dreary, gray place... filled with no beauty... no life. Finally when she turned twenty, she moved away to start off somewhere new. That's when she came to Velicity Village, and used the money her father gave her to open up a small flower shop... in hopes that things would be better here.

• Gardening
- Violet has always had a green thumb. It seems as whatever she plants in the dirt, blooms into something beautiful.
• Singing
- Even as a little kid, Violet loved to sing. It was her dream to be a singer until her mother died. She loves to accompany a piano.
• Being neat
- She hates clutter! She starts to get itchy if things get too dirty.
• Running
- She would always run errands in the city for her father. She thought that if she finished them quicker, it would make him happier. Therefore she became a fast runner.

• Baking
- She loves baked goods, but whenever she tries she... fails.
• Disliked by animals
- Animals are one of her favorite things. Specifically the squirrels that live around her shop. But... they don't like her. Maybe she's just a bit too forceful with them.
• Being scared
- Violet panics easily. When she's scared her heart races and she faints easily.
• Flirting
- She can't flirt. Simple. And when people flirt with her, she gets very shy and quiet.
