I was quite busy ALL day today and it felt excellent to be that busy. It almost felt like I was working full-time again, even though my health problems will NOT allow me to work full-time. I prefer to work full-time hours but my health will not let me and that is why I collect a monthly disability type check. I really did not want to resort to being on a monthly check but 6 years ago, when my health started getting much worse, I did NOT have lots of viable options available to me at that time. I could always live with other people for the rest of my life, but I'm not a big fan of co-dependency and never will be. There was a certain level of dysfunctionality all around me when I was growing up, even though it was not severe in my immediate family. Even if it was, I learned to overcome those things just by learning how to COPE with those types of situations. The strong always survive and I am strong on the inside even though my body is not in excellent health. If you see what I mean by that and I hope you do. I'm happy with my life and that means a great deal to me.
