OMG... So I've been going to my orthodontist and this last time i got a tongue crib. I have it cause I have something called a tongue thrust, and what that is me basically pushing my teeth forward.. ANYWAYS.. all I know is it hurts and its hard to eat food and i talk funny... WELL SEE YA LATER...
