yellow sunshine
and blue skies
turn into grey clouds
and dreary rain
too fast, too slow
love turns to hate
and friends turn into enemies
and enemies turn into friends
change happens too fast
and sometimes too slow
hello turns into goodbye
and iloveyou's turn into ihateyou's..
people change and love fades
friends come and go
and family never leaves
memories crack and shatter
and newer ones take their place
guilt is a burden
and love is a pain
everything changes
and everything dies
fears cripple
and sorrow holds you back
wishes never come true
and fairy tales and happy endings don't exist
beauty isn't real
and neither is ugly
pain hurts
and nightmares are real
words kill
and shatter
reality hits
and forces realization to hit
life isn't fair
or easy

ยป This is very beautiful. It really does speak some truth as sad as that fact may seem. You're talent is really improving. Thinking back on all the memories we had makes me miss you as a friend.. We used to be ever so close. You made last summer so enjoyable. However, As you stated in this poem. Friends come and go. Do continue writing more.(: I support you through and through.
