I journeyed through this Barton place. The trees swayed in the hot summer breeze. I wiped the sweat off my forehead. It's about time for a rest, I thought.
But when I plopped down in the shade under a tree, something rustled in the forest green leaves. "HISS..." Something hissed. I jumped up, and to my surprise, the thing pounced out of the limbs of the magnolia.
"YAHH!" I screamed as I backed up. "A werewolf?"
"Yess..." The werewolf circled me. He took a huge sniff. "Hmm..." the mysterious werewolf seemed satisfied.
Will he have me for dinner? I thought.
"Master. Queen of Nature..." the werewolf bowed to me. I gawked. My mouth was now a perfect O.
More werewolves bowed at my prescence. I was the Queen of Nature! I smiled the best smile of all. Daffydowndillies and bluebonnets danced all around. The trees rustled with respect...
