Magic is in the eye of the beholder, but what if the beholder is one that you can not trust? This is the question that starts our story. My name is Rin Alan, 15 years of age and just starting a new year of school. Remember those fairy tales your mom and dad told you as a kid? The ones about fairys, witches, goblins and sorcerer. On my 15th birthday those fairy tales became real. This is when I quickly learned that not all fairy tales end in a happy ending......
When you first enter the house everything seemed still, like no one lived there or no one was home. The walls were painted a beautiful scarlet red and the hard wood floors shined from the blinding sun. The sun shined through the tall floor-to-ceiling windows, on either side the door. The furniture had an old look to them aswell, carved with roses, and paded with red velvet fabric. The house wasn't silent though, because music fulled the air. It was the faint sound of a piano playing and as you climb the spiral stair case, the music became louder.
