What's with "No Passing" signs? They are always angled so you see them driving and you ALWAYS pass them going down the street you're on. Why don't they have it facing out to block a street? Then no one can pass around it but still driving by it which is you are passing it. It's a bit funny cause drive on passing it and like "oops. I passed the No Passing sign." I just don't understand its purpose besides to be humorous to some of us.
