I'm twisted, falling yet I just can't seem to,
My head's a mess my heart's a wreck and I just can't seem to
Fall asleep without thinking about the way
You look when you smile and the way you hold my hand...
It's like a runaway roller-coaster and I can't seem to
Comprehend that we're just friends
And I can't fall in love with you.

I can't sleep.

The thoughts they drown me like a tidal wave
And every time you laugh and smile it breaks me
Cuz I know no matter how close we are and
How much I mend your broken heart
All we'll ever be is friends and
I can't seem to wrap that around my head.
