The more I think about it, the more I realize that "Are you okay?" is an overused phrase. Well, it can mean....
-"Are you mentally insane?"
-"Are you emotionally okay?"
-"Are you hurt?"
-"Are you sick?"
....and many, many more. I'll port here when I think of more.
