October 1st.

Last night I had a dream. My late grandmother was sitting with me on a bench in Barton square. She appeared to be speaking to me, but i couldn't hear what she was saying. and then poof (yes with a audible poof) the dream vanished.

When I woke up i immediately attempted to take off the cat ears, only to feel a slight pain comming from where my cat ears sat. That had shocked me. I shouldn't be able to feel pain from them, they had no nerves after all. I sat on bed for a few moment, hands on the cat ears before i noticed something else.

The ears were warm.

At this moment it had occured to me that I would have to do something I promised I would never do again.
I had to find and talk to my dad.

It was not long after this that a man in bulky armor came into the room.
-In a burst of thought i desided to typograph the following paragraph, in case i ever needed to look over it.-

"Ah! You're awake. How ya feelin'" The man asked.
"Okay enough for having a gaping bite mark" I said jokingly " I tried using a diagnose ring, but nothing happens."
"Ah, you have a couple rings, i see" he says with the slightist bit of suprise in his voice.
"yep" I held up my hand to show him, only for both rings to fall off my fingers, much to his shock,
"What's wrong" I asked confusion evident in my voice
He seemed to get over his shock pretty quickly "What's wrong is that those rings of your's shouldn't be able to fall off your fingers. While your outside of the null chamber, rings are glued to your fingers."
He shook his head, though i don't know why.
"Anyway, that's quite a bite their, What bit you, oh and the names Leon by the way, your's?"
"Brad Chesoris, Nice ta meetcha, and whatever it was it wasn't no animated..."

I spend the next hour explaining to Leon what I happened and where I planed to go after this bite healed. He in turn explaned about the rumors going around the town. Apparently, There was some kind of festival going on last night and, naturally, My Near-Dead body caused a bit of a fuss. He said that it wouldn't be long before Action 9 news got word of where i was at, which i groaned at. Great just what i need, Reporters.
Shortly after that Leon had to leave. I was feeling tired so i when back to bed.

Great, Reporters. Well, at least i can get some sleep. My eyebrows seemed thicker than normal, but to tired to care, I went to sleep.
