My girlfriend and I were renting out a house to a couple with four kids. Lately, the husband's hours have been getting slashed, and we agreed to drop the rent by a nice amount in exchange for maintenance of the house.

We hadn't heard from them in weeks, so we stopped by their house to check and see if everything was alright.

They packed up and moved out without telling us, keeping our KEYS and TAKING OUR ******** SINKS, REFRIGERATOR AND WATER HEATER. And to top it all off, THEY LEFT ALL OF THEIR ******** TRASH IN THE HOUSE. I still gag just from the memory of how bad the ******** smell was!

She and I were already pissed off because we found out her ex-husband kept one of their credit cards, maxed it out, and slapped HER with a $5,000 ******** bill that got passed on to collection agencies, therefore ******** OUR chances of getting the mortgage renewed so we could get the county off our backs. And NOW we have to worry about replacing ******** SINKS AND A WATER HEATER?!

We did the honorable thing as landlords: we informed everyone that was interested in renting the house of the situation, and told them that we'd start working on replacing what was taken from the house AND changing the deadbolts so the little shits don't come back and continue pillaging a property that wasn't even theirs to begin with! Before we do anything else, the entire interior needs a full scrub-down, sanitizing and Chuck Norris knows what the ******** else.

We gave them numerous ******** breaks in the past and THIS is how the little ******** repay us for our kindness?! RIPPING US THE ******** OFF?!?!
