So earlier I was with some of my friends and they are all guys. Well I was wearing a tight shirt and the neck part of my shrt was pretty low but not showing much. So I was sitting while my friends went to change because they were just at work and one of them comes out without a shirt and only a jacket zipped half way down. Well I was still sitting and looking down at the floor partly slouching and when my friend (the one with the jacket and no shirt) comes by look up at him and he looks down but instead of looking at my face he looks down my shirt and stares and as he is staring I am thinking "Uhh... What is he doing?" Well he continues to stare for a few seconds until I kind of squirmed in my chair then he smirked and looked up at my face and what made me kind of mad was that instead of just walking away or aplogizing or something he, instead, does this weird chuckle like "Huh hu huh." and says "I can see your bra." Then another smirk and glance down your shirt then walks away. And my other friend who was standing a few feet away stared at him and me with a weird look on his
face.
Then I stood up atfer my shirtless friend walked around the corner. I just stood there for a bit while my friends were getting their stuff together. While they were doing that some of my other friends that were there (the bunch of guys) looked a bit too but like for a millisecond then continued to get their stuff to gether which I didn't mind because it wasn't like they were staring or saying anything about it.
Now next time I see that group of friends I'm wearing a thick turle neck sweater. And I will never wear the shirt I am wearing right now around them.

So to me All teenage guys are pervs.
