this one takes place in any dry desert, one where food and water are sparse. the PCs should be hurting for supplies by the time they arrive at the tiny village. the village is actually a few rundown huts. with a small supply of moldy stale bread. the town is uninhabited by any living humanoids. when the PCs come to the village, that will find a thriving community with a well kept keep at its center. that will find a population made up of the same races as the PCs. if one of the PCs mentions this they will soon start to see other races the PCs talk about in the town. this can get word of a red dragon starts to walk around town when the PCs are telling about an old adventure. if the PCs defeat on of the face monsters that are rewarded by being taking to the keep. the they are treated to the finest food and drink. these are all illusions, the illusion of all the senses.
