Note: It would be redundant to say that Damon enjoys the company of each specific Bandmember, as he is rather fond of every one of them and loves then all dearly. He would trust any single one of them with his life, and would risk his own to protect them.

Eric (Merric): While they've technically known each other since early childhood, they'd stayed out of one another's way, for the most part. Since the inception of the Band, however, Damon came to see Eric in a new light, different than the douchebag bully he'd known - from begrudging ally, to friend, best friend, and brother...culminating finally as a love interest. How the infamously non-committal Damon ever fell in love with this guy is anyone's guess, but now that he's become so close to him, he's not letting go. Eric was the first real best friend Damon had ever had, something he'd always longed for. Damon is not afraid to say he's in love with Eric, and is surprisingly devoted to him.

Mags: Mags never really registered on Damon's radar throughout their school years, despite being in the same year. He thinks she's strongly-opinionated and tenacious, and he admires her ability to stand her ground, though she scares him sometimes. Originally, he was somewhat attracted to her, but when he figured out she was a long-term kind of girl, he backed off. He considers her to be one of the closest Band members to him, partly from all the time she spent at his house, and partly because she's not boring like Kaleb or Aki. Mags is also the only member of the Band (besides a fractured Eric/Pegasus) who has seen Damon cry.

Kaleb: Essentially, the new kid. Damon finds his irritability endearing and loves to annoy the s**t out of him. Damon is endlessly proud of his ability to get a hug out of Kaleb in the end. He considers this strong, silent type to be their "fearless leader" and a valuable, though unenthusiastic, member of the family, whether or not they see eye-to-eye on pretty much anything. Damon's made it something of a mission to wrench a genuine smile out of him, someday. The idea that Kaleb might miss him even for a moment makes Damon infinitely pleased.

Akiko: Damon knows better than to make Akiko angry, but he likes to antagonize her anyway, and see just how far he can get before she murders him. He is intrigued by her, though he thinks she takes everything way too seriously. Like with Kaleb, Damon is extremely proud to have gotten a hug out of her, as one-sided as it may have been. He thinks that Kaleb and Aki make a perfect, though socially incorrigible, couple. Damon detested Aki for a few hours after finding out she'd killed Eric, but he forgot his anger when they had to fight together again; and got over the whole thing the instant Eric was reborn (again).

Stephen: Like Mags, Stephen had never registered on Damon's social radar in school. He regarded the orphan as meek and victimized, and felt the need to both protect him and try to pull him out of his shell, though in Stephen's crazier moments, Damon felt more terrified than anything. He saw Stephen as unpredictable but capable of becoming something much more. He never really put much thought into the idea that Stephen, in his dislike of Eric, might not be happy with how close Damon started to get to him. Now that Damon's given up on trying to wrap his brain around the time paradox that was Tahl's existence, he's moved on to trying to figure out how he should treat Stephen - act as if nothing has changed, or regard him as a new person?

Grace: Damon really likes Grace despite the fact that he knows she's crazy. She's volatile, angry, unpredictable, and dangerous - and he loves her like a sister. Damon finds Grace's fiery personality as sexy as it is terrifying, though the incident with a comatose Mags derailed his trust in her for a short time. He loves that she's warmed up to him, though, and revels in the two embraces he's elicited from her. The moment that closed the deal on how much he liked her was when she actually agreed to swap uniforms with him one day.

Clio: Clio is Damon's homefish. They share a sense of humor and love of gossip, and both have a special place in their hearts for annoying Kaleb. Damon will flirt with Clio until the end of days, just because he can.

Tahl: Before the revelation that Tahl = Stephen, Damon just considered the gargoyle an intelligent creature that had more sense than most of the Band (including himself). He was a voice of reason and source of helpful information...but that was about it.
