Forgive Me
Tonight I am gone
Leaving behind my pain
Into an open meadow
Within the dreadful rain
Amongst the lifeless trees
Finally away
Finally free
In the winter night
when the snow begins to fall
Out comes the tanto
And I begin to bawl
On the reflection of the moon's light
I see, looking back at me,
The most devestating sight
A man full of sorrow and regret
Lifting his savior to his chest
He tells himself he deserves what he get
Through his tears, he says
"My friends, you all know what
I've been through...
And now all I ask for is forgiveness!"
With his soul gone and lost
A corpse now lay under snow
As the howl of wolves
Cast the memories away
