I watch her closely...

as she talks to her friends,
laugh, giggles all day,
she is careless and happy,

She observes me...

as I avoid her detection,
as I say nothing and walk away,
as I disappear,

She finds me...

in the dark without a light and not looking for one. She takes my hand and hugs me. I didn't see it before but now I do. She is my light and I need to protect that light. As life goes on I notice she never gives up in me or ever doubts me. I ask myself if I have found my true love.

Is she the one?
Will she stay?
Or will she disappear?

I find her...

in trouble needing help,
back as far as she can go,
calling out for me and nobody else,

So I...

protect her,
help her,
live only for her,

When you find something so dear to you, that you feel life does not matter without it, you must protect it with all of your power.
