Once, many moons ago, before I was born, my father got into a disagreement with a relative named Aunt J. She was hyper OCD and wouldn't let people enter her house throught the front door. All visators had to come through the garage and leave their shoes, jackets and hats in the garage before entering.

Anyway, one day my father visits and for whatever reason (I never found out) Aunt J makes him wait in the garage for almost an hour. Once inside the house he tries to open a window to let some light in, but Aunt J yells at him that he's trying to destroy her furnature. Aparently, 3 hours of sun light would fade the sofa (the sofa was under a plastic dust cover which was under a decorative sheet).

My father leaves very annoyed.

The next day he's out with my cousins A and K (not Aunt J's kids thank goodness -she never had any) and they don't finish their lunch. So here's my father with a half eaten hamburger from McDonallds and greasy dirty paper and he's still mad at his OCD sister-in-law... so what does he do?

He gathers up all the trash and half eaten food, goes and buys a manilat envelope and had A and K address it to Aunt J. Then my father leaves and goes back to whatever state he was living in at that time.

A few days latter he gets a phone call from his sister (A's and K's mother) saying that Aunt J called her in a fit of histerics because her girls mailed her "filth".

That was over 20 years ago and no one in the family has ever let my father have Aunt J's address since. But this week during the gathering he noticed that Aunt J's husband was foolish enough to put their return address on one of my Grandmother's birthday cards.

My father has her address once again and he didn't finish his sandwitch from the plain.....
