The Oh-So-Casual Prom Date
When you hear other kids at school talking about their elaborate prom plans, it makes you cringe. Why does one night have to be such a big deal? You'll go, but probably mostly because everyone keeps telling you that you'll regret it if you don't. Just be sure your date knows ahead of time that you're not that into it, and don't show up in jeans. You'll have to put a little effort into the evening if you don?t want to disappoint anyone. As long as your date's cool with the super-low-key approach to prom (and not secretly hoping you'll show up in a horse-drawn carriage for a fairytale evening), you might end up having fun together
