At lunch today at work, I was being followed by a large man while I was out in the mall getting my lunch. I could tell I was being followed because he was keeping up pace with me, right behind me, and talking loudly on a headset to a supposed wife. But what also raised flags flags for me was what he was saying sounded, well not quite right, like a one sided conversation to create a distraction. I can just sense something is just not right. Well my work bag is required to be clear, so everyone can see I'm not stealing anything, but that mean others can see my wallet.

Well as I turned a corner I saw a Zales jewelry shop and stopped right next to it where 5 people were working. He immediately turned away and walked off. I was SO right, if you have a feeling, just follow it. I swear I was so not in the mood that day for trouble anyway. I maybe 102 pounds and he was 250 pounds, that is not in my odds, but my odd raise when I have 5 people near me.

If ever you feel like you are being followed, go into the nearest store or go by person whom you feel you can trust. Its NOT safe out there. Same with unmarked police cars, many people have imitated police lately, gotten them to trust you, then beat you, steal your car, break into you house, or even violate you. If you get signaled to pull over by an unmarked car, pull over in a crowed area like a fast food joint, or Wal-Mart parking area, you know.

I try to carry mace or a knife in my purse at all times, but I can't at work because of rules, I will ask tomorrow if mace can still be allowed because of what happened to me. Be sure you do too. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND YOURSELF.

Man I thought retail was dangerous enough! I swear some customers are crazy, I knew a coworker who was spat at! That is an assault and you have the right to defend yourself. For one spit IS a weapon, that can be charged. What if that person has AIDS, or some other infection? Never spit at a person, and don't let others do that to you as well. If someone insults me, I walk away, I don't need that crap, life is too short. They don't know me, they don't feed me, they don't love me, I don't care what others think of me, never did and never will.
