Im up the river
without a paddle
This river of blood
drags me into the abyss

All alone i stand
help given never accepted
the current to stron
a will to weak

into the cave im dragged
my world gets cold
the darkness grows
and my mind is lost

i get cought up
given the chance to choose
follow the current to the left
or follow it to the right

My heart is torn
my mind still lost
the decision is hard
so i go straight

i crash head on
the last of what i had
now destroyed and lost
carried by the river of blood to the left and right

I walk straight
to the edge of the cliff
i stop to think
but my heart wants both

so i look over the edge
and take the dive
unable to choose
unable to hurt them

Ill remain here
in the neverending abyss
this endless drop
this constant pain

being torn into two
never to be trusted
never to be loved
never to be true

this is what i must do
ill suffer the pain
the darkness and sin
as i have eternity

to think of you
the pain i wouldnt share
the life i shouldnt live
the world i declined

this fate is just
and sorry to say a must
so here ill stay
all alone

never to be seen
never to be loved
i fall endlessly
next to the rivers of blood
