Once blinded by the darkness behind me
And blinded by the dark before
Terrified of what lays ahead
for that which I can not see.

I could not see
The light that swiftly followed
Fear, at first, was my reaction
then amazement, as I saw the beauty inside

The pureness, the innocence
THE LOVE

I cannot let him go
For he freed me of my dark
He saved me from the chains
That once tied up my heart

Forever, hand in hand he leads
Forever leads me to the light
And saves me from the terror
of the dark
