Its seems this year has come and gone like the previous one. I just feel like the world is rushing to get somewhere and its abit freaky... It could be just my imagination or the fact that this year has been very busy... I only hope and pray 2009 will be more people friendly ... with economy , wars and new presidents. I'm just praying things will go better. I know better than to believe just because there is a new president things will just get better automatically I just hope he has enough backing in congress that some of his changes will come to fruition and benefit the people instead of the CEOs.... anyway enough politics leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth :p

I've chose to not to do the whole resolution thing because I have yet to do one >< I'm just hoping I can keep up my new attitude about food and exercise that I will see progress lol salad is my friend, one serving is enough, put the fork down, water is good, exercising is fun.... lol

I hope everyone has a prosperous new year and I hope everyone stays safe and have plenty of fun this new years eve! I pray we all see each other in 2009 the count down begins! *starts playing The Final Countdown*
