The meaning for Thanks giving is lies! Do you want to know why? It's simpaly that people will say what are you thankful for? Well is that what Thanksgiving is all about? No all it truely was, was the pilgrims and Indians having an annual festive holiday they called Harvest Festival and shared it with the indians. They celebrated for five days and they made a treaty with the Wamanoag tribe. Thankful much? No! By the time they were shareing this custom with the indians it was all ready three years past. So they could have tooken the blow from the Wampanoags. Because the Great Migration of 15,000 puritians came and made the Boston settlement which in four years will be Massachesut Bay colony. Don't forget about Salom too, but I dout that they would help. So this be thankful thing, it's nice but not the true purpose of Thanks giving. PS. Happy Thanksgiving! (: D)
