Midnight: my decadent heart awakes the creature within me
I tried to hide the creature each time the full moon arises
When this creature inside me awakens, the previous life is shattered again
Like a vixen, the creature within me seeks a way out
I had tried to overcome the creature before, but failed each time.

Midnight: my purified heart awakes the other creature within me
I tried to show the creature each time the new moon arises
When this creature inside me awakens, the future life is mended again
Like a hare, the creature within me seeks a way out
I had tried to release the creature before, but succeeded each time.

Midnight: my split heart shatters like a mirror within me
The decadent and the purified creatures begin to strangle the host
The full moon creature against the new moon creature, both at a continuous battle
Each time the creatures fight, the host, starts to weaken with each breath
Each breath, weaker than the last, until the last breath is dragged as though a cigarette.

When the battle finally ends, the host, at the end of his rope, hanging for dear life
The decadent heart and the purified heart adjoin to assist the host before death ensnares
Alas, the battle has never ended soon enough to save its host; the host lets go
The host falls into the abyss, never reaching a salvation point or a sacrificial point.
