I'm so glad it is over, finally! Between afterschool rehearsals and falling and almost killing myself at Zia and ending up with a hideous cast on my leg, I'm just glad this all is over.
Well anyways, back to the stairs story.
We made 4th at Zia and when we were going to finals warm-up. And on the way there, I tripped twice because it was in a dark parking lot with a billion potholes and manhole covers. The second time, I smacked the poor little freshman infront of me too to break my fall. So when we got to the field, there were some stairs and my friends were all like "Don't fall down the stairs Lindsay."
And as soon as I said, "Thanks guys" all sarcastically, sure enough I fell, couldn't get up again and had to be wheeled off by the paramedics and go to the emergency room where they found that I sprained it... And I had to go in my full band uniform.
The sprain really sucks because I have to wear a cast and can't walk still.
I hate my luck.
