Okay. I was making cookies with my bestfriend, who recently moved away. My mother had asked me to make cookies and said the only way she could come over was that she hadto help me. rolleyes She didn't mind, so she promised to bring the cookie mix over. She forgot.
When we started up, we looked all over the house for some sort of mix, and onlyfound pancake mix. question But then she had an idea! idea (I LOVE THESE SMILEYS!) We could make cookies out of pancake mix! This is what we did, and this is the recipe:
1. Follow the instructions on the box, preheat oven to 250`.
2. Put oven mix onto cookie pan, don't bother putting it in circles, dump the whole thing on it.
3. Put it in for a normal cookie time (I don't know your oven!).
4. After it's done, take a cookie cutter and punch it out of the pancookie.
5. Put icing on, or whatever you like.
6. Put in big bowl thats not clear so your parents wil think they're real cookies going to a christmas party.
My mother took them to the christmas party. My mom thought they were real cookies, but when she ate one she started laughing. Next time, make sure you have cookie mix in the house before you make a pancookie!
