Vanessa: *yawns* “Gosh darn it...I should've said nine or ten in the morning...” -_-
As she jumps out of her bed, she looks at her calendar. January 29.
Vanessa: January 29....I have until February 9...
Vanessa jumps out of her window and lands on the soft earth below. She lives in a tree by the way. ^_^' She starts to run towards the academy but stops halfway and runs back to her tree house.
Vanessa: -_- Wow, left in such a hurry that I forgot my supplies...
~Academy
Sakura: “That stupid girl is late again!”
Vanessa: “Guess again pinky.”
Vanessa appears behind Sakura and shoves her out of her way.
Vanessa: “This round is simple. Draw whatever you want. Get started.”
Hinata, Ino, Sakura, and Vanessa start drawing. After about 15 minutes, Ino finishes and steps back to admire her artwork. Five minutes later, Sakura does the same. Ten minutes later, Hinata finishes. After 45 minutes, Vanessa finishes.
Vanessa: “Turn you drawings around and show the judges.”
Each turns their respective drawings around.
Vanessa: “Explain your drawings.”
Ino: “Me first! Okay! My drawing is of ME! Because I'm so pretty. It’s done in colored pencils!”
Sakura: “My drawing is of me and Sasuke! We're getting married...” heart
Sasuke: O_o
Sakura: “Oh, and it's done in crayons.”
Hinata: “M-my drawing is done in watercolor. I-it's of a boy sleeping in a tree when he's supposed to be training.”
Vanessa: “My drawing is of a girl, a boy, and a teddy bear. It's done in charcoal and wild berries.”
Vanessa's voice changes from a bland voice to a shy voice.
Vanessa: “Garra-kun...does this scene look familiar by any chance?”
Gaara: “Hm? You're talking to me?”
Vanessa: “Yes. Is it familiar?”
Gaara: “The teddy bear looks familiar. But that's all.”
Vanessa: “Oh...thanks Gaara-kun.”
Gaara: There’s something seriously wrong with this girl.
Sakura: “Let’s do a…RACE!!!”
Ino: “Heh, I won’t lose to you, Sakura!”
Kakashi: “Lee, can you run down there to that tree?”
Lee: “No problem!”
Lee ran down to the tree that Kakashi pointed out.
Kakashi: “Okay. You four start here. On your marks, get set, go!”
Sakura and Ino were neck to neck with Hinata right behind them. Vanessa was far behind Hinata.
Sakura: “Face it Ino! I’m going to win!”
Ino: “Oh, no you don’t!”
Sakura and Ino both jumped to the finish line.
Sakura and Ino: “FINISHED!!!”
Hinata followed behind. Vanessa made it last, nearly tripping over her own feet. She plopped on the ground after the race, out of breath.
Sakura: “Ha! And a small race like that got you all out of breath!”
Vanessa didn’t bother. She got up walked back to the starting line.
Kakashi: “How did it go, Lee?”
Lee: “Sakura-san and Ino-san were tied neck to neck. Hinata-san finished after they did. And Vanessa-san finished last.”
Kakashi: “Thank you Lee. You may go now.”
Lee: 3nodding
Kakashi: “I guess that concludes our little competition. Please wait here while I calculate the winner.”
Shikamaru: “Wait, you mean that’s it? How about a fight first before we close this competition down for good?”
Temari: “Hey you’re right! We were doing this competition to see who the best was, but, we never had them fight each other!”
Kakashi: *sigh* “Okay to make this fair, I’ll draw names out of a hat. And this is just a spar, don’t get overboard and start killing each other. Okay, the first one is…Ino and Vanessa. I guess that means that Sakura and Hinata will be sparring after Ino and Vanessa.”
Ino: Ha, what can this girl do? She can’t throw straight, and she doesn’t seem fast at all!
Kakahsi: “Ready? Start!”
Ino: “Mind transfer jutsu!”
Vanessa, who was standing still, didn’t bother to move.
Ino: I got her! Huh? Wait, what is this!
Ino immediately released Vanessa and bent over herself in pain. Vanessa took a step towards Ino. She was still on the ground.
Vanessa: “…….”
Ino began clutching her head. She yelled out in pain.
Kakashi: “Stop. Winner, Vanessa.”
Tenten: “I-Ino? Are you alright?”
Kakashi helped Ino up and sat her down next to the judges.
Choji: “What happened out there?”
Kakashi: “Sakura and Hinata. Step up. Ready? Start!”
Ino: “I don’t know…after I did my jutsu, there was this sudden pain all around me, and I had to let her go! I mean, it was like a torture chamber! And when she walked closer to me, my head felt like it was going to burst open!”
Shikamaru: “Wow…”
Hinata: I can do this! I won’t give up! “Byakugan!”
Sakura ran up and punched Hinata in the gut.
Hinata: “Gentle fist!”
Hinata hit Sakura back hard, also knocking out some chakra.
Naruto: “AHHHH!! WHO SHOULD I CHEER FOR!!!” gonk
Kankuro: “Hahaha, Naruto. This must be intense.”
Kiba: “C’mon Hinata! Beat her up!”
Vanessa: “Go Hinata! You can beat this stupid pink haired girl!”
Sakura: “I’m not as stupid as you are!!!” *raises fists towards Vanessa*
Hinata: V-Vanessa? She’s cheering for me? But…why the sudden mood change?
Vanessa: “Are you sure of that!?”
And with that, Hinata beat the crap out of Sakura.
Vanessa: “Yay! You did it Hinata!”
Hinata: “I-I did it…”
Naruto: “You were great Hinata!”
Hinata: “N-Naruto-kun!” redface
Kakashi: “Can I have our final two winners come up for the last round?”
Vanessa: “Wait…I have to fight Hinata!?”
Kakashi: “Yes, yes…Now, get over here.”
Vanessa and Hinata walked to Kakashi and took their places.
Hinata: Uh-oh…This is not good, I already used up a lot of chakra while fighting with Sakura.
Kakashi: “Once again…Ready? Start!”
Hinata: “Byaku-!”
Vanessa: “I give up.”
Temari: “What!? You give up!? Wow, this reminds me of the time Shikamaru gave up to me during the Chunnin Exams.”
Kakashi: “Winner, Hinata!”
Shikamaru: “Is that even fair?”
Kakashi: “Hey, I don’t want this competition to drag on forever. Wait while I calculate the true winner.”
Sakura: “I can’t believe I lost against Hinata…”
Hinata: “W-why didn’t you fight back?”
Vanessa: “Hmmm…Let’s say, I didn’t want to win.”
Kakashi: “Great. It’s a tie between Hinata and Vanessa.”
Ino: “What!? A tie!!!”
Sakura: “What should we do Kakashi-sensei!?”
Kakashi: “Leave it as is! I want to read my book…”
Sakura: “That’s not fair! I should’ve won!”
Sakura glared at Vanessa. She ran up to her and punched her in the face. Vanessa spoke, but her voice sounded hyper and full of energy.
HyperV: “Ohhh!!! Let me at her!”
Vanessa: “No. We don’t have the time for this.”
HyperV: “But you always say that!”
Vanessa: “I don’t want to waste my energy.”
HyperV: “Then let me at her!”
Vanessa: “Hey! My energy is your energy! So, no!”
A shy voice broke out from Vanessa.
ShyV: “Can we at least come out now?”
HyperV: “Yeah! I want to come out!”
Vanessa: “No! Not here! Too many people!”
ShyV: “It’s a little late now…They heard our conversation already…”
HyperV: “That’s right! Let me out so that I can beat the crap out of that ugly stupid pink haired girl!”
Everyone stared at Vanessa.
Gaara: I wasn’t kidding when I said that there was something seriously wrong with her…
Sakura: “D-did you just call me…UGLY!?!?!”
Naruto: “Holy shi-”
Lee: “Saku-”
Sakura: “YOU’RE NOT GOING TO GET AWAT WITH THIS YOU…TRASHY GIRL!!!”
HyperV: “HA! I might be trashy, but at least I’m not ugly!”
Sakura went berserk and started charging towards Vanessa like an angry bull.
Vanessa: “Oh, great!”
HyperV: “Yippee!”
Shikamaru: “Shadow bind jutsu!”
Sakura stopped in her tracks.
Vanessa: “I see. So you use shadow based jutsu.”
She walked towards Shikamaru.
Shikamaru: O.o
Vanessa: “Whoops. Was I supposed to stop?”
Shikamaru: “Yes?”
Vanessa: “Well. I have to go any ways. Bye.”
Gaara: “Not on my watch you don’t.”
He trapped her with his sand.
Gaara: “We provide the questions. You provide answers.”
HyperV: “Does that mean we can come out?”
ShyV: “Please?”
Vanessa: “NO!!!”
Kakashi walks over to Vanessa and ties her down to a tree.
Kakashi: “You can’t escape. We have questions and you will provide the answers, or else we’ll turn you in…Now my question is…”
