And ludicrous. Read this:

A black man walked into a library, and the white librarian said ,"Sorry, no colored people allowed."

The black man shook his head and said, "Sir, you don't understand something.
"When I was born, I was black. When I am angry, I am black. When I am sick, I am black, and when I die, I am black.
"But you sir, when you are born, you are purple, when you are angry, you are red, when you are sick, you are green, and when you die, you are blue.
"So you have no right to call me colored."

And with that, the black man turned around and walked right back out of the library.
