Requiem from the Gods
I renounce my sins and plea to the Gods
Listen to my weary hymn,
Take heed to my regretful sins
And punish me not
I see the sorrow I've brought unto others
I'd undo it, if there were only a way
1st time for there glee
2nd time for my well-being
I'm lost in the sea of illuded life,
And cannot swim without the guidance of the lords
Do you see...
Do you see the true agony that lies within me
I, honestly, have forsaken my past ways of ungodly thought
there must be a way
there must be some way
there must be a time when you saw goodness in me
Gods hear me
and hear me again when I say...
...let there be no requiem for me...
...not until I have undone the wrong-doing I have done...
I renounce my sins and plea to the Gods
Listen to my weary hymn,
Take heed to my regretful sins
And punish me not
I see the sorrow I've brought unto others
I'd undo it, if there were only a way
1st time for there glee
2nd time for my well-being
I'm lost in the sea of illuded life,
And cannot swim without the guidance of the lords
Do you see...
Do you see the true agony that lies within me
I, honestly, have forsaken my past ways of ungodly thought
there must be a way
there must be some way
there must be a time when you saw goodness in me
Gods hear me
and hear me again when I say...
...let there be no requiem for me...
...not until I have undone the wrong-doing I have done...
