Hi all, well I found out where, the B*$(# lives that owes me like 700.00$$. Some one knew where she lived drove us by her place and layed down in the back seat when we went by beacuse she was outside. She looked right over at me as we drove by, I felt my blood pressure spike. I felt my chest thumping hard. I hate when that happens. I am going to find out how to get her address since it is an apartment complex, I have her apartment number and her building number and the complex name but I am still not sure what the road name is. I think I will call the post office and see what they say I also need to call the clerk of courts office and see how much it is to file papers in small claims court against her. I am hoping Judge Judy will take the case and really give her a dressing down. She has ruined our reputation around town. She says that my husband made her his sex slave and that she was our slave forced to do all the house work while she was here. I did all the house work while she was here and I asked her to do the cooking and she seemed to be put out by that. She also claimed we stole her stuff but when in fact as I was cleaning out her crap (she asked me to put it outside and I have that on recording) I found she had stolen my iron and probley sold it. I plan on sueing her for all the money she owes us. She was suppose to pay us 250.00 a month in rent plus half the utilities. She only ever gave me 100.00 and that is being generous. She was with us from Jan. thru April, that is 1,000.00 and the average for the utlities was 141.00 for electric and 100.00 for water. That makes her part 70.00 and 50.00. Then there was also cable wich was 130.00. Making her part of that 60.50. So her total for utilites is, 180.50 a month for four months equiling 722.00. So far that makes her bill 1722.00 and that is not even talking about the food bill and the clothes I bought her and her boyfriend. Now as if not paying any of this and the acusisations was not enough, she also bought porn on my cable account as well and tried to blame others for it and I have a witness in that. So that adds another 70.00 to her bill. The biggest proof I have of that is most of the crap was bought when either we were out of the house or (and this is a good one) I was in the hospital. So that makes her bill a grand total of 1792.00. I just wish I could ask for all the gas she used as well but I have no proof of that. Well I will keep you all updated.
