Story: Not much is known about DeVaux. She's responsible for the murders of thirty people in over eight different countries, most of which occurred in Russia. The most recent place she's hit is England. Nobody's completely sure why she's murdered all these people, but most were ganglords. It's suspected she's just a homicidal, psychotic assassin. But for who?
Personality: She has a certain fear of tall, blonde men. : D She's always smiling and she sometimes goes by the nickname Psycho. Once Elline's attached to somebody, it's hard to get her off. You'll see what this means later. Aha, and she's also an alcoholic and a druggie X3
