Sam, his gang and the Man in White have finally pushed Lee to the limits of his new-found powers. By attacking Laurel, She gave him the courage, but she was stricken by Sam’s Lighting Attack, which has knocked her out.
But because the other assumes she was dead, Lee’s anger transformed into something in black clothes; except the jeans, which was blue.
Another chapter begins
After a couple of minutes, Lee began to transform again; this time he was surrounded by a dark barrier, which seem to spark some kind of energy.
Mark and Nathan were in their Elemental Form, wondering what is happening; Mark tried to attack the barrier with a fireball, but it seem to disappear the moment it made contact with the barrier
‘Sam, what should we do?’ asked Mark.
Sam looked at the barrier with some thought, as with he went a bit too far by evoking his dark powers, he said to ‘crack open the barrier’. But before they could move an inch; the barrier dispersed and there was Lee, but he was no longer…Human; he turned into a beast with horns the size of a small ram, his arms and legs were a bit more muscular and most of his body was covered in black fur.
He roared with such volume that it blew away Mark, and started to go berserk and attacked Mark and Nathan. He raised his palm and out came a dark-red energy ball. He hurled it at the cage where Laurel, Nick and Aaron were captured; the cage door melted.
‘Nick, lets go, Lee set us free’ said Aaron as he jumped out the cage, but Nick didn’t want to move, he didn’t want to miss the fight and support Lee; even if he’s an uncontrollable beast.
Nathan took Lee by surprise by punching Lee with enough force to stop an armoured train; whilst Mark made a flamethrower that got Lee in the back. They both stood there smiling; but as the smoke cleared, they smiles vanished, Lee stood as if nothing happened. Lee just roared and punches Nathan and then ripped his arm out, turning entire his arm into dust.
‘Oh please, I’m in my elemental form; we can’t be killed as long as we’re in this state.’ said Nathan, and as he said that, the arm grew back like a plant.
‘Mark, Nathan; step aside, Sam and me will take care of this.’ said the Man in white.
The man in white revealed himself-
‘FAYSAL!!!!’ shouted Aaron and Nick, shocked by everything that has happened.
‘You’re in charge of them? You couldn’t beat Lee nor us in a fight, why are you here?’ asked Nick.
‘Because’ said Faysal in a commanding voice ‘I’am the most powerful person that ever lived; don’t you see, I’m one of the few Chosen Ones that have been destined. One of the Psychics have granted me the power -
He raised his hands, and a greyish ball of energy appeared out of his hands, he aimed and fire at Lee; at first, everyone thought he blocked it, but he was sent flying into one of the far walls. He roared in pain, as if that blast knows his weakness.
-of Chaos; I’ve been trying to find the Chosen Ones of Light and Darkness;
I already found the Darkness, but never the Light.’
Just then, Lee came back, and ran towards Sam; he was about to punch him, but Sam countered with another Lighting attack, which lifted Lee off his feet and sent him to another wall. he was roaring in pain, but somehow got back up.
‘See, even the powers of lighting can cripple Lee, and now he won’t be able to damage us because in his beast state, he will be blinded with rage and unless he can remember himself, he will stay in that form’ said Faysal.
‘I should know, I was in the same position once, I quicken Mark’s, Nathan’s and Sam’s transformed state, although they not as strong as me, they equal Lee’s current strength.’
Lee launched another dark-red energy wave, which seem to have got Sam and sent him flying, which knocked-him-out. But Faysal jumped in the air, and created a spear out of the clouds and hurl it at Lee. But he caught it and hurled it aside; Faysal kicked him in the stomach and blasted Lee in the face.
Lee grabbed Faysal and chucked him into the ground, Sam and Faysal were knocked-out and Nathan and Mark were in the barricade; he gave an almighty roar, and jumped to the sky, and landed on top of one of the artificial cliffs.
Laurel woke up with a stir, and looked at Nick and Aaron; she didn’t ask where Lee was.
‘If ya looking for Lee, he’s up there.’ said Aaron in a soft voice.
He pointed at the big beast, which seem to be looking at the moon as if it was home.
Laurel, suddenly glimmering a whitish aura around her, grabbed Aaron and Nick by the arm (despite the combine weight of Aaron and Nick, Laurel lifted them up as if they were pillows) and dropped them on another cliff, next to beast that was Lee.
Laurel was looking at Lee, but Lee never noticed her, he was howling sadly at the moon.
Laurel approached Lee and called ‘L-Lee, is that you?’
Lee looked at her, Aaron and Nick thought he was going to attack her, but Lee just raised his hand, Laurel (Reluctantly) step on his hand and raised it to shoulder level
‘Lee, is that you?’ asked Laurel ‘You changed because of me, I know about this transformation, but I don’t know how to release the power within. I wonder if this will work.
Aaron asked Laurel ‘Whilst you were knocked out, Faysal mentioned that he was the Chosen One of Chaos and Lee was the Chosen One of Darkness, are you the Chosen One of Light?
Laurel looked at them with pride, but not the same pride as Faysal or Sam.
‘I’am indeed the Chosen One of Light, but unlike Lee, Me and Faysal have lived for a 100 years, waiting for the Chosen One of Darkness, but the Psychics didn’t expected that the guardian went to someone special.’
She took out a photograph out of her pocket and showed it to Lee; the photo was taken during a night-out, and in the photograph was Laurel, Aaron, Nick and Lee (and a lot more people) all of them smiling as the night-out ended
Lee looked at the photograph whilst Laurel was to Nick and Aaron, but Sam, Mark Nathan and Faysal got up and saw her flying
Faysal and the others fire a volley of energy shots, Laurel barely saw this and created a barrier to protect the others, but it was beginning to crack.
‘Oh no, she’s struggling, the energy field will break at any minute’ said Nick.
Aaron shouted at Lee ‘I know you may have the mind, power and energy of a beast, but unless you awaken your powers, we’ll all gonna die.
'Full power, she won't last long' said Sam as he increased his energy
Lee looked at Laurel, who was screaming (and crying) as the pressure became too much.
He raised his hands so he was aiming at Faysal, and roared in what appeared to be a normal voice ‘Dark Flare!!!’
An energy wave blew Faysal, Sam and his gang away from Laurel, who noticed the pressure stopped. as Laurel, Nick and Aaron looked around, Lee howled at the moon with pride, happiness and soul. Lee seems to be shrinking a bit, but was glowing.
‘What’s happening to Lee’ asked Aaron in shock...
‘He-He’s unleashed his full power’ said Faysal, whose voice (as far as everyone noticed) seems to be full of fear.
Mark and Nathan attacked Lee again, only this time the attack went right back at them. And Lee was, once again, surrounded by a dark barrier, but no longer has the sparks of energy. But nothing could break it.
Gradually, the energy barrier (and Lee’s size) was growing back to normal,
The barrier burst with such power that everyone was blown away; Laurel created another barrier to prevent them from falling hard, Faysal did the same.
Everyone saw Lee, back in his human form, Aaron, Nick and Laurel ran to Lee; they asked if he was Lee.
‘I’am neither Lee nor the Dark Guardian the Psychics have chosen,’ said Lee
‘I’AM DARK LEE-FULL, TRUE GUARDIAN OF THE HUMAN KNOWN AS LEE!!!’
Faysal was smiling, longing to have the match he was waiting for after 100 years, he also found the Chosen One of Light.
This will be the fight to end all fights, as the forces of good and evil draw the battle lines, but with god like powers and super-human abilities, who will win and more importantly, who will live?
