nick with diabetes/ concert! hello again every one! welcome. okay so yesterday i went to concord and watched the jonas brothers concert! there was all sorts of awesome stuff. but..... they started to talk about Nick with his diabetes crying crying crying crying i cried soooo hard! crying crying i want a hug now!!! crying hug me someone!
